– Advised a Hong Kong-based investment manager on the formation of a limited partnership fund (LPF) in Hong Kong investing in portfolio companies engaged in the use of innovative technology to offer products or services which contribute to the development of Metaverse

– Advised several Hong Kong-based investment managers on the formation of limited partnership funds (LPF) in Hong Kong investing in real estate projects fixed-income products
